The effects of a transitional coalition leader on the PMO

Perhaps this might be a good thing. If the leader is transitional, has a low level of support in his caucus and has to balance the needs of a partner from a different party he may be less inclined to try and run the show from the PMO. This would be a better reflection on how Parliament is supposed to work.
